1General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the kh77 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and its users ("User" or "Member"). These Terms have been drafted in Bengali and are specifically prepared for users in Bangladesh.

kh77 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides members with access to various casino games, slots, sports betting, and live dealer games. The platform is designed with the Bangladesh market in mind and is secured by SSL encryption.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply and are considered an integral part of these Terms.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

2.2 Single Account Policy

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

Providing false or incomplete information may cause issues with account verification and may delay or cancel the withdrawal process.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

kh77 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Before processing a withdrawal request or in the case of any suspicious activity, we may ask you for any one or more of the following documents:

• Recent utility bill as proof of address
• Documentation related to the payment method

3Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username, password) completely confidential. kh77 will never ask for your password via phone, email, or live chat.

If you notice any unauthorized access to your account or suspicious activity, contact us immediately. kh77 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from the user's negligence regarding account security.

• Accounts may not be transferred or rented to another person.
• Deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment method are not permitted.
• The use of bots or automated software on an account is prohibited.

4Financial Transactions

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

4.3 Currency

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳26,000 gives a ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered before withdrawal. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the original deposit.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member is entitled to one welcome bonus — one only.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Restrictions may apply to meeting wagering requirements on certain games or bet types.
• kh77 reserves the right to change bonus terms or cancel a bonus at any time.

6Gaming Rules

All games operated on kh77 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and no external interference is possible.

6.1 Game Decisions

In the event of any dispute over a game outcome, kh77's server logs will be considered the final evidence. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, the amount wagered on that bet will be returned to the user's account.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following general rules apply to sports betting:

• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• Only bets accepted before the match begins are valid — a bet is not accepted until it is confirmed in the system.
• Rules for pre-match and in-play betting may differ.
• Any objection regarding a bet market must be reported to the support team within 48 hours.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and upon detection, the account will be closed immediately:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus or promotion benefits
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games
• Game manipulation, collusion, or any form of cheating
• Selling, transferring, or renting an account
• Money laundering or any activity related to illegal funds
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Harassing other users or using inappropriate language

8Responsible Gaming

kh77 is committed to ensuring a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gaming is for enjoyment — and it should never be a source of financial or mental stress.

9Account Closure & Suspension

• Suspicion of fraud or deception
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Evidence of being a minor

9.2 Member's Rights

You may close your own account at any time. All active bonuses and wagering requirements must be completed before the account is closed. Eligible balances from regularly closed accounts can be safely withdrawn.

10Limitation of Liability

kh77 will not be held liable in the following cases:

• Game stopping mid-way due to internet disconnection or technical error
• Delays or failures from third-party services or payment gateways
• Unauthorized access to an account due to user negligence
• Any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
